BBQ Demonstration
Welcome ALL!!!!Come by the store for our fun and tasty BBQ demonstrations, most Saturdays from 11am-3pm. Get tips from the master BIG GREEN EGG BBQ "Eggheads", or watch our informative video. We are smokin' juicy pork tenderloin and mouth watering chicken legs. YUMMY FOR YOUR TUMMY!
Fiery
Please come visit our booth at the 2009 Fiery Foods and BBQ Show at the Sandia Casino, February 28, March 1st & 2nd. We will be located at the same booth (#742)next year. Look for our Pink Pig Traeger smokers, and Big Green Eggs. Thank you to Dr. BBQ, Ray Lampe, who attended the 2008 show and sign copies of his cookbook. We have a few autographed copies left at the store for sale. We expect to see him again this show.
